How to Make PVC Cards/ Posters

STEP 1

Take 1st Overlay (Semi-Transparent Sheet), this will be used for printing your matter. One Side of the overlay is peelable (Plastic Film). DO NOT PRINT ON THE PEELABLE SIDE. Feed the paper in the inkjet printer in such a way that the NON-PEELABLE SIDE is the printing side. Print using a Mirror Image of the required Image. This is will be the front side of the document. Repeat the same with 2nd Overlay for the Rear Side of the document. Note: If your document is one side you do not need to print on rear side.

STEP 2

Take 1 Core (PVC Sheet), and remove the plastic film from both sides of the Core. Note: If the document is one-sided you still need to remove both sides to achieve 800 Micron Thickness. Stick both the Overlays on each side in such a way that the Printed Matter sticks inside the Core.

STEP 3

Set your Lamination Machine to 110°C and Laminate the above setup

STEP 4

Remove the White Plastic Film to reveal your Beautiful Creation.

STEP 5

After Lamination is complete cut the document to the required size.

STEP 6

Your Beautiful Creation Here.

Easy Installation Guide for 158X Toner

Step 1: Unpack the Box Carefully unpack the 158X Toner Reload kit from its packaging. Check for any protective tapes or seals and remove them gently.

Step 2: Prepare Your Printer Make sure your printer is turned on and ready for installation. Open the printer’s front or top cover to access the toner cartridge compartment.

Step 3: Before installing the new 158X Toner Reload kit, gently shake it from side to side. This action ensures an even distribution of toner inside the cartridge, resulting in optimal print quality.

Step 4: Install the New Toner Reload kit, Hold the new Toner Reload kit by its top and align it with the tracks inside the printer. Turn the sliding button of printer to counter clockwise direction so the toner gets filled into printer.

Step 5: After all the toner is been processed into printer, turn the sliding Close the Printer Cover.
