Lamination Pouch works best with VMS Lamination Machine
Make sure Lamination machine is warm and ready to go.
Choose your pouch setting, depending on the thickness of the pouch you are working with. Warm up times can take between 1-6 minutes
Place your document inside the laminating pouch
Place the item between the two layers of the pouch film and center your item inside the pouch checking that you leave a laminate border on every side for best sealing results.
Place the sealed end of the pouch into the machine followed by the open end
Set the temperature as per the thickness of the pouch (see the table below for indicative temperature settings).Place the Closed-End of the pouch into the machine, with the open end following behind.
Let the laminator do its thing!
Avoid pulling or obstructing the pouch as it feeds through the lamination machine. Your project will be hot when it exits the machine so use with caution.
Laminating Temperature Setting:
VMS Lamination Pouch offers a long-lasting and highly durable laminating solution with a very fine glossy finish. For a perfect airtight sealing, it is recommended to adjust the temperature of the Laminator as per below given indicative temperature settings:
80 Microns- 110°C125 Microns- 140°C175 Microns- 160°C250 Microns- 180°C
Safety Guidelines: Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid high temperature, humidity and direct sunlight. Do not fold or roll the sheets. Use film immediately after opening the package. Contact with wet hands or sweat may cause bubbles in lamination.
